Refund policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances

If you are unhappy with an item purchased with us or have a change of mind we will happily collect the item and offer you a refund with a 40% restocking fee and a £150 with no exceptions. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of returns.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
- Please note if the item is faulty we will pick up the item free of charge and provide you with an exchange or full refund within 14 days of return.

• Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
• (a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of [purchase /delivery] of the product;
• (b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
  
  

  Refunds

  We will process your refund as soon as you let us know that you would like one or from the date that we receive your item back in stock.

  Orders not yet delivered will be refunded within 7 days* of notification.

  Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 7 working days* that after we receive your return into stock. We will refund.

  For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

   

  Failed deliveries

  If you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day and 4-hour slot we have agreed with you. All redeliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.

  
  

  Exchanges and Replacements

  If you have any issues with the bed, I.e. any manufacturing faults or damaged items upon arrival. In that case a brand new replacement part will be sent out to you with the earliest possible delivery slot free of charge and without any extra costs.
  If an item doesn't fit your property due to your mismeasurement it would incur a 50% restocking fee along with a £150 collection charge with no exceptions.

  Mattress Refunds

  Mattresses once taken out of their packaging ( even during added assembly ) and used cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.

  Cancellations

  If you’ve placed your order online, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. Please email us with your order reference number within 24 hours of placing your order and your full refund will be issued We’ll make sure to refund you within 14 days from letting us know. You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
  If the 24 hour period has passed and the item has gone into production there is a 40% fee deduction that will be done on your refund with no exceptions.
